Pricing starts from $375,000 or $2,500/month. Every site is different, so we’ll go over your land and budget with you before anything is final.
Do I need to own land first?
No. If you’re still looking, choose “Still looking” on the form and tell us what you have in mind.
Where do you build?
Our pricing is for anywhere in the USA. Our current build, Juniper Ridge, is near Jefferson, NY, in the northern Catskills.
Can I use it as a vacation rental?
Yes. The Mountain Milla is designed for a personal getaway, a vacation home or a boutique rental. Check your town’s short-term rental rules before you plan on rental income.
